Overlooking the Soquel Creek, the Rispin Mansion property has been a land-mark in our community for more than a century. Today it is transforming into The Park at Rispin Mansion --- a public space where history, nature and community Life come together.
Two of the site’s most iconic features—the Rose Arbor and the Ornamental Fountain---once formed the romantic heart of the estate’s gardens. Time and weather have taken their toll. The arbor is now gone, and the fountain is in need of careful rehabilitation by preservation specialists.
